Description –
The main role in this job will be in expanding our customer base as well as providing support in our regular client handling process using both technical and non-technical skills.
Roles & Responsibilities –
- Software Development: Assisting in coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
- Web Development: Supporting front-end or back-end development using programming languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, etc.
- System Maintenance: Helping maintain and upgrade IT systems and software.
- Database Management: Performing basic database operations like creating, updating, and managing data.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Conducting testing to identify bugs and ensure the software meets quality standards.
Qualification –
- Pursuing Graduation
- Graduation
- Good Communication skills & Computer knowledge is must
Learning and Skill Development:
- Training: Attending training sessions to understand company processes, technologies, and tools.
- Self-Learning: Gaining proficiency in new programming languages, frameworks, or IT methodologies used in the company.
Collaboration:
- Teamwork: Working closely with mentors, team members, and supervisors to complete tasks.
- Meetings: Attending team meetings to discuss project progress and updates.
- Documentation: Preparing project-related documentation such as design specifications, reports, or user guides.
Problem Solving:
- Debugging: Identifying and resolving software or system errors.
- Support Tasks: Assisting with troubleshooting IT issues reported by team members or users.
Project Support:
- Research: Conducting research to explore potential solutions or improvements.
- Implementation: Assisting in the implementation of projects under supervision.
- Prototyping: Building prototypes for testing and demonstration purposes.
Administrative and Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Reporting: Providing regular updates on task progress to mentors or project managers.
- Documentation: Ensuring all work is well-documented for future reference.
- General Support: Helping with other IT-related tasks as required.

- Maximum Experience of 3 years
